If you've created your RTV account, but you're unable to sign in, check your inbox or your spam folder of the email you signed up with and look for the verification email that was sent to you during your account set up. If you can't locate the email, you will have to sign up again. If you've located the email, please click the link to verify. Afterward, you will be able to access your account.
The link expires in 24 hours. If the account isn't verified by then, it will have to be set up again.
